- 13% of adolescents who abuse alcohol had at least one serious drinking related problem in the past year
- 6% of adolescents who drink had built up a tolerance to the effects of alcohol
- 3% of teens who drink have reported psychological problems due to their abuse of alcohol
- 1% of teens who drink have reported having health problems because of alcohol.
